From any page on the www.heysun.it website, select VISIT from the top menu and then VISITOR AREA.

You will be directed to the visitor portal, which, in addition to allowing you to download your entry ticket, provides useful information about the event, such as a detailed list of exhibitors, including their descriptions and company materials.
From this page, those who have already registered will need to use the same credentials (and, if they don’t find them, they can recover their password), while new visitors can proceed with registration by selecting the Register link (highlighted).

Registration is a quick and easy process, requiring just a few steps.
Start by entering your email address (the one the ticket will be sent to) and selecting the “Proceed” button.

Now enter the requested personal data and express your privacy preferences.

To proceed, you must at least authorize data processing (first item). Without this authorization, you will not be able to proceed with registration (the system will indicate this).

The other two permissions are not mandatory, but they allow you to stay in touch with us and receive communications regarding the event and other similar events that will be organized in the future by us or our partner companies. Therefore, please do not be afraid to authorize commercial communications: we are committed to communicating only interesting news and in a non-invasive manner.

After this step, the data registration will be completed and an email will be sent to the indicated address to confirm its accuracy.

The email usually arrives within a few moments. However, if it still hasn’t arrived after a few minutes, once you’ve checked to see if it’s been sent to your spam folder, you can request a resend by clicking the “Resend confirmation email” button.

The confirmation email contains your login credentials for the portal, but they are not yet active: to access, you will need to confirm your email address by clicking the link in the email.

Once you click the link, you will receive a confirmation notification confirming your registration and activating your account.

At this point, by selecting the “Proceed” button, you will be taken back to the login page, from where you can access the portal with the credentials found in the confirmation email you received previously.

At this stage, the system will send an email containing the ticket.

After clicking “Redeem”, you will receive confirmation that the ransom has been successfully redeemed.

By selecting the “View your tickets” button, you can download the ticket (even at a later time).

In the download section, you can download the ticket as many times as you need.
