HEYSUN, the great Mediterranean trade fair event dedicated to renewable energy and scheduled for 25-26-27 September 2024 in Catania (Misterbianco) at SiciliaFiera, was presented today during the press conference held at 11:00 am at Palazzo Piacentini – Sala del Parlamentino, thanks to the collaboration between the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy and AEFI – Association of Italian Exhibitions and Fairs.

During the event, the Minister of Business and Made in Italy Adolfo Urso spoke, underlining the centrality of the South, and of Sicily, in the path towards innovation in the country. A place where the future of Italian companies is bet on the dual energy and digital transition.

Also speaking were the President of the AEFI Internationalization Commission Pietro Piccinetti, the President of SiciliaFiera Antonino Di Cavolo, Prof. Eng. Rosario Lanzafame, President of the HEYSUN Technical Scientific Committee, and the Ambassador of Kenya Fredrik L. Matwanga.

Various topics will be discussed during the fair: from solar to photovoltaic, from wind to geothermal, from green hydrogen to agrivoltaic, from electric mobility to sustainable city trends. HEYSUN will host, in fact, the twenty-third edition of the European Mobility Week, an initiative that aims to increase awareness of green mobility and promote behavioral change towards low environmental impact practices.
